Personal Training Sessions
One-on-One private, personal training sessions from my home gym in Boerne, TX! All levels of experience are welcome! I teach basic, fundamental exercises with a keen focus on proper form & execution. Each 60-minute session is designed with your goals in mind and will keep you progressing from session to session. Monthly subscriptions and package options available.

Hi, I'm Sarah!
I’m a working mom of three kids, wife and lover of food & travel. I’m crazy about health and fitness, and my passion is to empower women to feel good in their own skin. I started my own fitness journey about 15 years ago and definitely have had 'good' years and 'bad' years.
I know first-hand the struggles of managing mom, wife and life duties and how it can seem impossible to make fitness a priorty...but you CAN do it, it just takes some planning and practice!
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and nutritionist specializing in women's strength training, muscle building and general wellbeing. I work with a wide range of clients from women who have never stepped foot in a gym, to working moms needing help finding time for themselves, to perimenopausal women battling hormonal changes affecting their fitness.
Let's work together to make your fitness a priority and have you moving forward on a manageable & sustainable path to a healthier, stronger and more confident you 🙂
